Get ready for a muscle squeezing, body working, heart pumping hour of work.

Strength Work with Dumbbell/Handweights

45 seconds work / 15 second break per exercise

Complete 3 circuits without taking a break after completing the 6 exercises.

Bodyweight and Cardio Work

Start with 10 Drop and Touch then run. If you don’t have a long space (50-60 yards) for a round trip run, jump on a treadmill for 1 minute.

Finisher – Ab Work As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)

Set a timer for 20 sec. work with a 10 sec. break, per exercise,

  • Right Side Plank, hold for 20 seconds
  • 10 second break
  • Left Side Plank, hold for 20 seconds
  • 10 second break
  • Boat Pose or V-Ups, hold for 20 seconds
  • 10 second break
  • Forearm Plank Stepouts, hold for 20 seconds
  • 10 second break
  • REPEAT > AMRAP
