Bodyweight Flow then M3

Set a time for 30 seconds per exercise with a 5 second transition to the next exercise. Complete the circuit four times. Take a break.

Move onto the Mega-Minute Madness (thank you, BJ Gaddour, thedailybj.com). Complete 3 rounds of one circuit. Each exercise goes for 20 seconds, no break. That’s one minute of metabolic madness. Then take a minute break. Complete another round of the same circuit. You’ll sweat, your heart will throb.
